Bompa Jacks BBQ Glazed Salmon
Ingredients
200 g salmon fillet
160 g Chinese noodles
40 g dried shiitake mushroom
60 g mix bell peppers
20 gm beansprouts
20 gm carrots
80 ml Bompa Jacks BBQ sauce
30 g leeks
Steps
Sear the salmon till the skin crispy then when its cook glazed with barbecue sauce in the same pan
Sauté all the vegetables with shiitake mushroom then add the noodles with BBQ sauce spring onion then put on the plate
Serve the salmon on the noodles
Glaze again with Bompa Jacks BBQ sauce
Garnish with fried leeks and sesame seeds
